Dr. Kiara Pisano

Kiara is an RMIT graduate with a double degree in Health Science/Applied Science (Osteopathy). Kiara brings a firsthand perspective to the clinic, drawing on her experience as a sports trainer at the local AFL club to enhance fitness and strength, ultimately aiming to elevate capacity and strength.

She also has SMA level 1 sports trainer certification. Kiara is dedicated to identifying the root cause of her clients’ pain or discomfort, aiming to assist them in restoring a healthy and active lifestyle.

Kiara’s special interests include:

• Exercise prescription
• Headaches
• Workplace injury and recovery
• Road accident injury and recovery

Kiara integrates various hands-on treatment methods and exercise rehabilitation, complemented by lifestyle guidance, pain education, support, and active management strategies. Her goal is to assist patients in reaching their health objectives.

She also uses tools such as dry needling, cupping, and taping go help improve injuries. Kiara is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.
